Goathead Warriors

Goathead Warriors is a non-profit based in Wenatchee, WA with the goal of eradicating goatheads from North Central Washington. Goatheads are an invasive weed known for the spiky thorns they produce. These thorns can injure pets, pop bike tires, and cause serious pain if stepped on. I worked with Goathead Warriors from February 2020 until June 2022 on various photo, video, and graphic design projects. The content I made for them was seen by thousands of Wenatchee residents.

This flyer was sent out to landlords across Wenatchee to illustrate the importance of eradicating goatheads from rental properties in the area.

This door hanger, which features English messaging on one side and Spanish on the other, is a vital tool for the Goathead Warrior team. It can easily be placed on the doors of people who have goatheads in their yards and notifies them of the importance of eradication.

This rack card was placed in various locations along the Apple Capital Loop Trail and detailed the importance of goathead eradication and showed how to remove them.
